Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese healing practice that uses universal life force energy to support well-being. Developed in the early 1900s by Dr. Mikao Usui, it involves hands-on or hands-near techniques. Reiki requires no specific beliefs and can be used in many settings, including private sessions and healthcare environments.
What can I expect?
You’ll lie comfortably on a massage table for about an hour while the practitioner gently places their hands on key areas. Many people feel deeply relaxed or may even fall asleep. You remain fully in control throughout, and your comfort and modesty are always respected.
How does it work?
Practitioners are trained to guide energy flow through gentle hand placement, with the intention of supporting balance and well-being in the person receiving the session.
